The Spirit Healing Workshops

 

Freedom from anger is Holy Spirit given freedom to love

This workshop is the third in a series of workshops.

Workshop I (September 08) focused on understanding ourselves as a whole person in Christ with a body, soul and spirit.

Workshop II (March 09) focused on the truth that freedom in Christ is meant to free us from the patterns and effects of ungodly, damaging
responses to situations which cause the emotion of anger to arise in us.

This third workshop aims to build on the two previous workshops. In particular we will seek to deepen our reflections on the freedom Jesus bestows on us. We set out to explore the way our anger responses can defile us, block the Holy Spirit, and therefore negatively impact our relationship with the Lord and those near to us.

When: Friday 29th to Sunday 31st May, 2009

Where: Warrambui Retreat and Conference Centre in the Village Conference Centre (map)

Cost: $120 or $85 for pensioners and students

A huge thanks for the weekend. The workshop raised stuff which I was unaware of but it was clearly the right time for me to acknowledge and deal with, and a new journey of healing has begun. I am so thankful for that.

Thankyou and all your wonderful helpers on the weekend it was a wonderful time even though I was quite emotional at times. It is absolutely fantastic that there are weekends like this available and we praise God for this.

The weekend was very special for me personally, as I was able to let go of a forgiveness issue that has been bothering me for many years now. I thank God, and you and your team, that I can now finally let this part of my life to rest and let God take over.
