LCANSW Safe Place Checklist (PDF 1.7MB) - A booklet containing information and checklists for congregations seeking to be "safe places" under the LCA Safe Place Policy.

Prohibited Employment Declaration "Attachment 4" (PDF 184KB) - To be completed by all staff and volunteers working with children.
 
NSW Criminal History Record Check - While the District Office handles the police checks for pastors, NSW congregations need to submit form P779 for other paid staff. Refer to pages 11 to 13 of the LCANSW Safe Place Checklist for more information.
