The formation of faith is a lifelong process. This family retreat will explore the following 4 keys as ways to assist faith formation:
Caring Conversation: speaking, listening, expressing interest in others
Devotion: God’s word, connecting, reflecting
Acts of Service: action, intention, compassion
Rituals and Traditions: celebrations, milestones, patterns

The 4 keys are ways to participate in the means of grace that extends God’s love and saving work to the world on a daily basis. Practical activities and suggestions will be given that can be applied to individuals, friends, couples, families and congregations.
Matthew Olson from the USA brings 20 years of experience to this area, with work across several congregations, and has kindly agreed to assist us in our exploration and application of the 4 keys of faith formation.
